The China Auxiliary material bin supplied by FANCHANG Machinery manufacturer is designed for centralized storage and buffering. It serves as an inventory node at the upstream of the production line, where various types of auxiliary materials (such as complete packages of calcium carbonate, stabilizers, etc.) are centrally stored to provide a stable material source for continuous batching processes and to buffer the speed differences between consecutive processes. It also serves as a temporary storage and transfer point, receiving materials from large silos or feeding stations and temporarily storing them beside the production line, facilitating the batching units to take them as needed, reducing delays and fluctuations from long-distance transportation. It ensures stable discharging and primary conveying by its bottom design and supporting devices (such as rotary discharge valves, gate valves), discharging the materials in the bin with a relatively stable and controllable flow and transporting them to the downstream precision weighing and metering equipment. Pre-treatment and material adjustment: Based on the characteristics of the materials, it can integrate pre-treatment functions such as drying, heating, unblocking, and screening to ensure that the materials enter the next process in an appropriate state.

Our Auxiliary material bin structure is relatively simple. The key factor is its capacity. Compared to the precise weighing bins, the auxiliary material bin structure focuses more on strength and volume. Depending on the characteristics of the production materials, the materials can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. It adopts a vertical cylindrical conical bottom or square conical bottom design to facilitate the self-flow discharge of materials due to gravity; targeted discharge and anti-bridge design to ensure stable and non-bridging discharge; large inclined conical bottom, polished inner wall; for materials prone to bridging (such as fine powder, moisture-sensitive materials), standard configurations include vibration motors, fluidization devices, etc.; the top of the bin is equipped with an inlet and a dust removal port, connecting to the feeding station or upstream conveying equipment; the bottom of the bin is equipped with an outlet and a valve,with the downstream conveyor or precise feeder; it is equipped with a material level monitoring device for automatic control of feeding and prevention of empty or full bin overflow; it is also equipped with safety valves, dust removal filters and maintenance holes.
