The dust collector box is wrapped with insulation cotton to prevent the internal temperature from dropping below the exhaust gas dew point temperature, which could cause water vapor to condense, leading to clogging of the filter bag plates and material blockage. The box design reduces dead corners, the ash hopper has a larger inclination angle, and the inner wall is smooth to prevent the accumulation of condensate water. The filter material uses polyester needle-punched fabric that has undergone deep waterproof and oil-resistant treatment, effectively preventing damp dust from adhering to the filter bag fibers, maintaining the filter material's breathability and cleaning effect.

Main functions


The main functions of the Cold Mixer Dust Collector produced by FANCHANG Machinery, a supplier, are to balance the system pressure and create a micro-negative pressure environment to draw in cooling air; the exhaust fan of the dust collector continuously draws air, creating a micro-negative pressure inside the machine, which prompts the clean cold air from the outside to naturally enter through specific gaps or entrances, undergoes heat exchange with the hot materials, and accelerates cooling.


Maintaining a micro-negative pressure ensures that during the operation and discharging of the cold mixer, the dust generated by the internal stirring does not escape through the observation window, shaft seal, etc.; treating high-temperature and high-humidity exhaust gas, the gas extracted from the cold mixer has a high temperature and high humidity, and the dust collector needs to effectively handle this "wet and hot" gas to prevent internal condensation.


After cold mixing, the materials will produce extremely fine floating dust under the action of stirring and cooling airflow, which requires efficient collection; the stable airflow environment ensures the consistency of cooling rates between batches, thereby ensuring the stability of the crystalline form and fluidity of the materials; preventing secondary moisture absorption; having basic explosion-proof functions, and the purified gas emissions meet the standards.

The Cold Mixer Dust Collector has excellent corrosion resistance, anti-condensation and sealing properties. The main structure (box, duct, ash hopper) is made of carbon steel, and the key parts in contact with humid gases are made of stainless steel and polished to prevent clogging and accumulation of dust; advanced technologies such as laser cutting and laser welding are adopted to ensure extremely high air tightness. The carbon steel plates are sandblasted for rust removal. The filter bags are sewn using waterproof and oil-resistant filter materials, and a high-strength sewing process of three needles and six threads is adopted. The bag openings usually have elastic expansion rings to ensure a tight seal with the baffle holes; laser cutting ensures precise baffle hole positions, a smooth surface, and high flatness of the flange edges, guaranteeing the sealing performance with the filter bag openings; holes are appropriately opened and flanges are welded at the appropriate positions on the box body, and explosion-proof plates are installed. After all components are reliably grounded, a complete explosion-proof system is formed.
