The vertical mixing unit produced by Fan Chang Machinery is composed of an upper hot mixing pot (high-speed mixer), a lower cold mixing pot (cooling mixer), an automatic feeding system and a PLC electrical control system. The hot mixing pot body is made of high-quality stainless steel, with a smooth and wear-resistant inner surface. The pot cover is equipped with double sealing, and is connected by an air cylinder for lifting, effectively preventing dust from spilling out. The stirring blades are specially designed, made of wear-resistant stainless steel, driven by a belt transmission, and driven by a selected major brand motor. It can cause the materials to generate vortices under high speed, rapidly increase the temperature through self-friction or supplemented by electric heating, allowing the additives to fully penetrate the PVC resin. The cold mixing adopts a vertical structure, with a cooling water ring circulation inside the pot body, combined with a large-angle stirring blade, allowing the hot materials to roll and cool inside the pot, quickly discharging residual gas, preventing agglomeration, and reducing the material temperature to a storage or transportation temperature (usually below 40-50℃). The control system uses PLC and human-machine interface (touch screen) control, with high automation level. It can preset process parameters to achieve the entire process automation from feeding, mixing, temperature control, time control to automatic discharge.
