This equipment has a mature structure and offers good cost-effectiveness. The Fanchang horizontal screw mixer features a high loading coefficient and strong driving force, and is adept at handling viscous and paste-like materials. The equipment has high stability and strong non-standardization. Its unique double-screw design enables a high loading coefficient (up to 60%-80%), and the production efficiency is high. The inner spiral belt conveys the material from the center to the sides, while the outer spiral belt gathers the material from the sides to the center, creating a strong convection circulation, resulting in high uniformity of mixing. The linear speed of the screw is 1.8-2.2 m/s, which is a relatively flexible mixing method with low destructive power to the materials. With its strong driving force, it can not only perform powder mixing but also be more suitable for handling viscous, paste-like or heavy materials (such as true stone paint, putty, metal powder, etc.). The entire machine uses international first-line brand reducers (such as the K series spiral bevel gear reducer) and motors to ensure high output torque, low noise, and long service life. The discharge valve of the equipment adopts an arc-shaped valve that fits the barrel closely, effectively eliminating mixing dead zones. At the same time, various functional types such as heating, vacuum, liquid spraying, and explosion prevention can be customized according to requirements. The material can also be selected from carbon steel, 304/316L stainless steel, or lined with a coating.
