It consists of a horizontal cylinder, a rotating main shaft, a plough blade group, a high-speed shredder group, transmission components, and a spray liquid device. The main shaft drives the plough blades to rotate, throwing the materials along the cylinder wall, and they are rapidly dispersed and sheared when flowing through the high-speed shredder group, achieving the mixing effect of the materials.
The Fanchang Plough Mixer has outstanding strong shearing and depolymerization capabilities, excellent solid-liquid mixing ability, and can be applied to multi-functional composite processes. The evenly distributed plough blades inside the cylinder enable the materials to perform a compound circular motion. The side high-speed shredders (with a rotational speed of up to 1440 r/min) exert strong shear and impact forces on the passing materials, quickly disintegrating and depolymerizing the agglomerated materials, making it particularly suitable for handling ultra-fine powders, fibers, or materials prone to agglomeration.
Above the shredders, there are atomizing nozzles. The liquid is sprayed out and rapidly dispersed by the high-speed rotating shredder, which can uniformly coat the surface of the powder particles. This is particularly suitable for uniformly dispersing a small amount of liquid into a large amount of powder, avoiding the formation of "dough" like substances. The equipment can be customized with a jacket (made according to pressure vessel standards), allowing the reaction, drying, and mixing processes to be completed simultaneously. In the chemical industry and other fields, it can effectively replace traditional processes and improve efficiency. At the same time, it has good sealing performance, and the discharge can adopt an air-operated large-opening structure, with a fast and clean discharge speed.
