The SRL-W Series Horizontal Mixers Unit produced by Fanchang Machinery is an innovation in the vertical unit structure layout. It is particularly suitable for large modern factories with higher production capacity, better cooling effect, and smoother production processes. The horizontal mixing unit consists of a horizontal hot mixing pot, a horizontal cold mixing pot, an automatic metering and conveying system, and a PLC intelligent electrical control system. The hot mixing part uses a horizontal cylindrical or U-shaped pot body. The pot body and the stirring blades are made of high-quality stainless steel, with the inner surface finely polished, smooth and wear-resistant, and not prone to material adhesion. The stirring blades are made of integral stainless steel casting and are refined through dynamic and static balance tests to ensure stability and efficiency under high-speed operation.
The heating method combines self-friction heating and electric heating/dual-cooled oil heating functions, meeting different process requirements. The cold mixing part is located on the lower side of the hot mixing pot, with a volume more than 2-3 times that of the hot mixing pot. The pot body is equipped with an efficient circulating water cooling jacket or a customized special cooling water ring structure, combined with a large-angle stirring paddle, allowing high-temperature materials to continuously tumble in the pot and fully contact the cooling wall surface, achieving rapid cooling, preventing agglomeration and discharging residual gases. The control system uses PLC and human-machine interface (touch screen) control, with high automation level. Process parameters can be preset, enabling the entire process from automatic feeding, mixing, temperature control, time control to automatic discharging to be fully automated. For hot mixing discharging, temperature or time can be automatically controlled according to process requirements, ensuring that each batch of materials is automatically discharged into the cold mixing pot only after reaching the preset temperature or mixing time, ensuring the consistency and repeatability of the process.
