The SHL-W Series Horizontal mixers supplied by FANCHANG Machinery are new designs based on the improvement of the vertical mixing unit. They have excellent mixing quality, with strong shearing and three-dimensional motion ensuring that the materials are highly dispersed and uniform at the microscopic level. Even for additives with extremely small amounts (such as colorants, stabilizers), they can achieve perfect distribution.
The mixing efficiency is extremely high. With high-speed shearing and convection, the mixing, drying or soaking process can be completed in a few minutes. The self-generated heat effect causes the heat to be generated from the inside of the materials, combined with jacket heating, the temperature is uniform, avoiding local overheating.
They integrate multiple processes such as mixing, pre-plasticization/gelation, drying, soaking/coating. They are mainly used for the mixing, stirring, drying, coloring and other processes of various materials in industries such as plastics, rubber, and daily chemical products.
