Material flow direction switching: The China Distribution valve from FANCHANG Machinery precisely distributes PVC resin or auxiliary materials from a single source (such as a vacuum feeding machine or storage bin) according to a preset program to multiple target points (such as multiple main/auxiliary storage bins, multiple mixers); it realizes an automated layout of one supply for multiple receptions, enabling a central feeding system to serve multiple production lines or multiple storage bins, significantly improving equipment utilization and layout flexibility; it ensures the sealing and continuity of the conveying system, during the switching process, through the precise cooperation of the valve core, it ensures that the conveying pipeline system remains sealed at all times, preventing material leakage and air entry, maintaining the stability of conveying pressure or vacuum; it integrates control and signal feedback, connects with the central control system (PLC), receives instructions for actions, and feeds back the valve position status back to the control system, achieving closed-loop automated management.

Our Distribution Valve offers various structural types, including the Rotating Distribution Valve, which aligns different outlets by changing the angle of the rotor channels. It operates smoothly, has excellent sealing performance, and is suitable for medium and low pressure as well as powder materials. The Butterfly/Blade Distribution Valve uses a flipable baffle to switch the flow direction. It has a simple structure, fast switching speed, low wear, and is suitable for granular materials and low-pressure transportation. The Three-way/Multi-way Ball Valve uses a ball with L-shaped or T-shaped channels to rotate and achieve direction change. It has excellent sealing performance, high pressure resistance, and is suitable for high-pressure or processes requiring complete no-leakage. It is specially designed for powder characteristics, and the key components in contact with the material are made of wear-resistant materials. The internal flow channels are smooth without dead corners, preventing material accumulation. The specially designed rotor and stator gap can prevent fine powder from getting stuck. The valve body is equipped with a grounding device to prevent static electricity. The contact parts with the material need to be made of stainless steel and polished mirror-like. The driving method can be selected as an air actuator (fast action, explosion-proof) or an electric actuator (precise control, no need for air source). An integrated limit switch is used to precisely detect the valve core position and provide feedback signals to ensure the switch is in place. The design is modular, and the wear-resistant components are easy to replace without disassembling the entire valve.
