Helical Mixer

The Helical mixer produced by FANCHANG Machinery, featuring a dual screw design, enables the complete circulation and replacement of materials within the cylinder without any dead zones. Through convection and diffusion with low shear mixing, the original shape of the material particles is minimally disrupted.

This product has wide adaptability to materials and can not only efficiently mix dry powders and particles, but also its gentle and continuous action makes it particularly suitable for handling semi-wet, viscous, pasty or materials with significant density differences. The full-volume mixing and low residue, with the extremely small gap between the screw blades and the inner wall of the cylinder, allows for nearly full-volume mixing and an extremely low residual rate during discharge.

It has excellent sealing performance and adopts a fully enclosed structure, equipped with various sealing forms, suitable for situations with solvent evaporation, the need for inert gas protection, or high cleanliness requirements. It can integrate multiple functions, with the cylinder capable of being equipped with a jacket for heating, cooling or insulation; and an additional liquid spraying device can be installed to achieve solid-liquid mixing.

The latest optimized double-screw belt mixing structure is adopted, which can achieve uniform mixing effect without dead corners; it is made of precise stainless steel through pressure casting and has passed dynamic and static balance tests, demonstrating excellent durability and stability.
