Dust-free Bag Dumping Station

The Dust-free Bag Dumping Station produced by FANCHANG Machinery is manufactured in the factory. It can adopt fully automatic bag loading (manual placement is also possible), bag cutting, bag cleaning, and waste bag disposal processes. Customized knives are used to automatically cut the bag opening, precisely controlling the cutting depth to prevent damage to the inner bag or contamination of the materials.

Through negative pressure extraction, the bag contents are fully emptied, resulting in an extremely low residual material rate; the empty bags are automatically compressed and collected, and centralized for processing. This effectively prevents dust from escaping, ensuring a clean working environment, and complies with environmental protection and occupational health and safety standards.

The product can handle packaging bags of different specifications and materials. It is easy to integrate into the upstream warehousing and logistics system and the downstream conveying system. It can adopt intelligent control and safety interlock, PLC control, touchscreen operation, process visualization, and has functions such as safety door interlock, pressure monitoring, and fault alarm to ensure safe operation; the automatic bag opening station integrates a dust removal system, using an efficient filter and automatic pulse reverse blowing for cleaning.
