1. The small-power Vibrating Motor Device Assembly produced by our company all use deep groove ball bearings from internationally renowned brand vibration sources. These bearings have been injected with special lubricating grease and can operate normally without maintenance.
2. The large-power vibration motors use special vibration source single-row cylindrical roller bearings that can withstand large radial loads. Before assembly, the bearings have been filled with an appropriate amount of special high-temperature lubricating grease.
3. Through precise processing techniques and easy maintenance design, long-term stability is ensured.
4. PLC programmable control can be adopted to achieve fully automatic operation and monitoring.
1. Operating environment temperature: -20℃ ≤ Ta ≤ +40℃; Avoid storing at temperatures lower than -20℃.
2. Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters.
3. Frequency: For motors other than high-frequency and DC motors, the standard frequency is 50Hz or 60Hz. The frequency of high-frequency motors includes: 100Hz, 120Hz, 150Hz or 200Hz (can also be designed and manufactured according to user's special requirements, note that the marked data should correspond to the power supply).
4. Rated voltage: For motors except high-frequency, DC, and single-phase motors, when the power is less than 4kW, the voltage is 220/380V, i.e., "△" / "Y" connection method, at the factory it is 380V, "Y" connection method; when the power is greater than or equal to 4kW, the voltage is 380/660V, i.e., "△" / "Y" connection method, at the factory it is 380V, "△" connection method. The voltage of high-frequency motors is 220/380V or 42V, the voltage of DC motors is 24V, 12V or 36V, the voltage of single-phase motors is 220~230V or 110~115V (can also be designed and manufactured according to user's special requirements, note that the power supply voltage should correspond to the wiring method marked on the nameplate or wiring diagram).
